1. Provide digestion:
 If you soak a few dates in water and chew on them daily, your digestive system will behave itself very well. Due to its high fiber content it is also recommended for those who have trouble with constipation.

2. Strength giving electuary:
Mix thoroughly 10 gm pepper with 100 gm each of dates, grapes, sugar candy and ghee. The tonic is ready. A 20-30 gm of its daily dose helps in T.B., cough caused by tuberculosis, asthma, and hoarseness of voice. It is tasty, appetizing and a tonic even for children.

3. Improve bone health:
 It strengthens your bone health too. Dates are rich in selenium, manganese, copper, and magnesium, and all of these are required when it comes to keeping our bones healthy and preventing conditions such as osteoporosis.

4. Semen promoting: 
Daily consumption of 5-7 dates and 25-30 raisins increases blood formation. Eating dates daily in the morning is beneficial for people with a weak mind, feeble body, and seminal weakness.

If 5-7 dates and 5 peeled almonds soaked overnight are consumed with milk in the morning for a few months, it will increase vitality and cure premature ejaculation.

Use: Consume 5 dates and milk mixed with 2 gm Ashwagandha (withania somnifera) powder.
